I have been a professional chef for the last 15 years which has included many different jobs, lots of which that involve writing including, but not limited to: recipe developer, menu designer, content creation, etc. I have written, edited and published hundreds of recipes, including my own best-selling cookbook memoir (Salt & Sour, labouroflove publishing, 2020.) I can help with all writing projects, specifically for cookbooks, culinary related websites, blogs, ads and any content related to restaurant menus and/or recipes. I can also help with recipe development, formatting, method making, testing and publishing. If editing is what you're after, I have extensive experience proofreading and editing for lifestyle blogs, food and beverage campaigns, health products and memoirs. I am a passionate chef whose second love is writing. I will combine both of these to create a word-salad of awesomeness for you and your project!. My experience in the culinary field, as well as a decade teaching, will lend greatly to your project! I am also an avid writer, reader and editor.
