My work combines data engineering, AI development and SaaS integration—from bringing information together to building workflows and dashboards your team can use and maintain. AI AGENTS & BUSINESS AUTOMATION I build AI agents, document assistants and automated workflows using Azure AI Foundry / Microsoft Foundry, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Claude APIs, n8n, Make and Zapier. I can help with: • AI agents connected to business applications, APIs and company data • Retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) assistants that answer from approved documents and provide source citations • Document extraction, classification, summarisation and intelligent routing • Enquiry processing, quote preparation, invoice processing and approval workflows • Microsoft Power Platform workflows using Power Automate, SharePoint and Teams I include validation, error handling and human review where the process needs someone to make the final decision. DATA ENGINEERING & CLOUD DATA PLATFORMS I build and improve data pipelines, warehouses and lakehouses using Microsoft Fabric, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud, BigQuery and Snowflake. This includes: • ETL/ELT pipelines connecting APIs, SaaS applications, databases and files • SQL and Python transformations, data modelling and curated reporting datasets • Incremental loads, duplicate prevention and deleted-record handling • Data-quality checks, financial reconciliation, scheduling and monitoring My work includes API-to-BigQuery pipelines with raw, staging and curated layers, validation controls and rollback. SAAS INTEGRATIONS & CONNECTED WORKFLOWS I connect tools such as Xero, Shopify, Jotform, Google Workspace and Microsoft 365 with databases, spreadsheets and custom APIs. Examples of my work include: • Processing supplier emails and PDFs, validating extracted information and creating Xero draft bills with the original documents attached • Matching supplier spreadsheet updates to Shopify products and synchronising inventory • Connecting construction enquiries with Excel calculations, Claude, Teams approval and Xero draft quotes The construction project is under NDA, but I can explain the architecture and approach without sharing confidential information. POWER BI & REPORTING AUTOMATION I turn business data into financial, sales and operational reporting using Power BI, Power Query, DAX and semantic models. I also troubleshoot existing reports, reconcile calculations against source systems, improve refresh processes and document how the solution works.
