I have over 7 years experience as a Customer Service Representative and a Subject Matter Expert for Email, Chat Support and Escalations. My years of experience as a Customer Support for a well known Business Process Transformation Company gave me adequate Communications and Technical skills to complete a task efficiently. I always ensure to give quality works and exceed client's expectations towards the tasks or projects given. I am experienced in M.S Tools, Google documents and other CRM tools but I am willing to learn new tools if it is required for the job. I have been working with different clients as a freelancer for 3 years now and I can greatly say that I can learn the tools required by each client easily. I can work with minimal supervision given direct instructions. I can also easily grasp the nature of work so I can finish the job before the given deadline.
