On April of 2018, a year ago I stopped due to financial problem, I decided to find a work for me to help my family especially my mom with our financial needs. I was able to work as a Customer Service Representative (AVAS Flowers Account). This account serves as a third party company offering flowers services and serving a clients across United States. What we are exactly do is process the order filed by the customers in our website and doing an Outbound calls to local florist to make sure that the order will be delivered on time and to ensure that the order is right to delivered so that the customers will satisfied on our service. Aside from that, I was also a Customer Service Representative. As a Customer Service Representative we receive Inbound calls from the customers regarding to their concerns/problems about their order. We help customers with complaints and questions, and we will let them know what really happened with their orders, give customers Information about product and services, take orders, and process returns and refunds. I am highly organized in everything, I even set a weekly goal that I need to accomplish within a week, and I am dedicated person with a proven ability to adapt new environment and perform well in different types of working environments. I am a type of person who can work under pressure and handle different situation properly. I am knowledgeable enough when it comes to English Language Communication. I am also proficient with Microsoft Office Products. After working in this field. I realized that customers is the most important part of building a business, and keeping customers satisfaction will lead to sustain a loyal customers. I am focused person, and I also Enjoy the challenges of learning something new in my work.
