I'm an engineer who's a little obsessed with systems that just work, and keep working. Clients tend to pick me for the energy I bring, for hitting tight deadlines, and for having enough business sense to tell you when the thing you asked for isn't the thing you need. I do this work because I genuinely enjoy it. Hand me a messy process and I'll happily spend the first week mapping it before I write a line of code, because the interesting part isn't the automation, it's working out what should have been automated in the first place. I also think automation should make your team's job clearer, not more confusing, which is why the handover document isn't an afterthought. WHAT I BUILD • AI agents and AI chatbots: booking agents on Google Calendar and Gmail, a multimodal WhatsApp agent that handles voice notes, images and files, sales call analysis pipelines, and research agents built with Claude Code, the Claude API and OpenAI. • AI voice agents: ElevenLabs, Vapi and Retell, for receptionist, appointment booking, lead qualification and call screening. • Workflow and process automation: n8n workflows for routing and follow-up, CRM automation on GoHighLevel, HubSpot and Monday, invoice and document parsing, inventory sync, Slack alerts and reporting. • Full stack web applications: React and TypeScript front ends, Python FastAPI and Node.js back ends, PostgreSQL and Supabase, admin dashboards, client portals and SaaS MVPs, deployed on Railway or Azure. • AI integration into what you already run: Claude and OpenAI features inside your existing product or internal tools, API integration through REST APIs and webhooks, database functions and row level security on Supabase. • Go to market and revenue systems: lead scraping and enrichment, AI lead scoring, multi-inbox outbound infrastructure, reply handling, CRM sync and pipeline reporting. A FEW THINGS I'VE SHIPPED FOR REAL CLIENTS • A production booking system for a Paris boat tour operator: Bokun ingestion, automatic pilot and boat assignment, availability written back to their sales channels, a password gated admin dashboard and 650+ tests. It won a paid build-off against another developer, and the client has bought two more phases since. • A speed to lead and AI voice upsell stack for a New York events company, credited with a 40% revenue increase. • A lead classification engine for an equipment finance company: 25,000+ companies scored with human review gates, feeding an AUD 1M pipeline. • A competitor research scraper for a California ecommerce brand that cut a 20 hour weekly task down to 10 minutes. • Lead AI engineer on HiveIQ, a relationship intelligence platform built on Supabase and PostgreSQL, where I wrote the RLS policies, database functions and triggers myself. • An outbound system for a marketing agency selling into B2B SaaS that produced 61 sales conversations at a 58% positive reply rate.
