AI UGC Video Ads That Don't Look Like AI | Higgsfield, Kling, Veo
Your AI ads are getting clocked as AI in the first second. Plastic skin, a face that changes between shots, a label that melts, a voice half a beat off the mouth. And Meta still wants fresh creative every week. I'm Zac, a software engineer who makes realistic AI UGC and product ads, and builds the system behind them, so a brief turns into a finished, checked ad in minutes. Solo, based in London, not an agency. IF THIS SOUNDS LIKE YOUR WEEK You need 20, 40, 60 new ads a month to keep testing, and you're shipping five. UGC creators take weeks, cost a fortune per video, and some of them go quiet. Your AI editor delivers one beautiful video when you needed ten you can test. Someone has to check every script, product shot, claim and lip-sync before launch, and that someone is you. Your supplement or skincare ad got rejected over a single word. WHAT I MAKE Realistic AI UGC. Presenters who look and sound like real customers filming on their phone: problem and solution stories, testimonial-style reviews, unboxings and talking heads. Written around a hook, cut for Meta and TikTok, with captions, music and an end card. Product ads with your real product. Your store photos go in, so the shape, colour and label stay right. The end card uses your actual packshot, untouched by AI. Variations for testing. New hooks, angles, presenters and lengths for each concept, so there's always something new to put live. HOW I STOP AI ADS LOOKING LIKE AI This is where being an engineer matters. Every ad comes out of my pipeline, and the pipeline checks its own work: The same presenter in every shot, generated from one face reference. Your script, word for word. Every shot is transcribed and compared with the script, and anything off-script is regenerated automatically. Your brand voice on the presenter, with lip-sync timing checked to within 50 milliseconds. Your claims, checked. The script is scanned for anything on your banned list before an ad reaches you. Platform-ready: 9:16, captions timed to every word, loudness to spec. A budget cap on every generation, priced before it runs. My two UGC samples came out of this pipeline, each from a written brief to a passed QA report for about $3 to $4 in generation costs. That's what makes 20, 50 or 100 ads a month realistic. THREE WAYS TO WORK WITH ME 1. Monthly ad retainer. An agreed number of new ads every month, with hook and format variations, delivered on a schedule you can plan launches around. 2. Your own ad engine. I build the pipeline into your stack: briefs from your Monday, Notion or Airtable board, finished ads back on the board or in your drive, or straight into Meta Ads Manager as paused drafts. Documented, on your accounts, yours to keep. 3. The automations around it. Competitor ads broken down into hooks and angles, last week's winners turned into this week's variations, and the reporting nobody has time to build. Every engagement starts with a paid test ad from your own brief, so you judge the quality on your product before committing to anything. PROOF My portfolio has a luxury watch film, a lifestyle ad with a realistic AI model, beauty and fragrance ads and an app promo. Ask me for the two UGC samples, a chef's knife and a nail care serum, both made end to end by the pipeline. Other systems I've built: a pipeline that writes, voices, renders and schedules a short every day, AircoAlert, which checks about 20 European retailers every few minutes and sends restock alerts on its own, and a lead pipeline that filtered 1,981 startups into a cold email campaign across 10 inboxes. Before freelancing I was a software engineer at Brainpool AI, a London AI consultancy, building production AI systems. I teach Claude Code and AI agents to 3,000+ developers on YouTube and in a paid community. $60K+ earned on Upwork with 100% Job Success. WHO THIS IS FOR DTC and ecommerce brands spending on Meta or TikTok who need a steady flow of new ads: supplements, health, skincare, beauty, fashion and pets. Agencies that need more production capacity for their clients, or an engine of their own. Not a fit for a one-off cinematic brand film, or for ads that need a real person filming in their own home. I make AI presenters, not human creators, and they're labelled wherever the platforms require it. Everything runs on accounts in your name. If you ever stop working with me, nothing stops working. Daily overlap with US Eastern hours, and a small client list so retainer clients get proper attention. Hit Invite to Job with a product link and how many ads you need a month. You'll get a plan and a fixed price within 24 hours.
