Hi, I'm Cait! I design Asana workspaces around your people and your process, so they feel calm, clear and easy to use. No cookie-cutter templates, just a system built for the way your team actually works. I'm certified in Asana Workflows and AI, and I'll happily admit it: I light up when a messy process finally clicks into place. Through my studio, Built For You Studio, I help teams turn scattered requests, ideas and deadlines into a clear, living system everyone can see and trust. How I can help • Workspace setup & audit: a fresh build, or a cleanup of a workspace that grew wild • Workflow & automation design: intake forms, rules, templates, integrations and AI-powered workflows • Training & enablement: hands-on training built around your team's real work, so new habits stick • Ongoing strategist support: your Asana person on call as your team grows Who I work with • Small businesses & agencies juggling clients, launches and a hundred tiny details • Growing teams where "we'll just figure it out" stopped working • Corporate teams that need a solid foundation without a full-time hire How it works Discover: a friendly deep dive into your team, tools and sticking points Map: we sketch how work should flow, from first request to final done Build: I architect the workspace, fields, templates and automations Train: your team learns hands-on, using their own work Support: we check in and fine-tune as you grow My background spans tech, marketing and agency environments, including business operations at GitHub, supporting executive leaders at Amazon, leading Talent and Culture at a fintech startup, managing marketing agency projects and producing large-scale events at FICO. Across every role, my focus has been the same: turning messy, fast-moving work into clear, manageable systems. Part strategist, part architect, part cheerleader, fully on your side. You bring the chaos, and we'll leave with a system that feels like yours. Send me a message and tell me what's feeling tangled. I'd love to help.
