Joel L.

I am a strongly focused person, with the ability to complete tasks accurately in a fast-paced environment with conflicting deadlines. I am also an inspiring and conscientious individual with a strong background in team development and a solid reputation for driving customer satisfaction. Highly experienced in working remotely, and have been to several types of programs back in my B.P.O. (Business Process Outsourcing) days such as customer service, sales, billing, customer retention, and technical support. Promoted as a Team Lead for a financial program and have been a seasoned Team Manager for more than 5 years. I was also provided the opportunity to handle a team for a B2B retail account. I am the type of person who stays focused on the goal by addressing both team and business needs. I am a creative person and not shy about sharing my ideas to improve processes.
