Throughout my 30 + year career, I have worked in both the public and private fields and dealing with all 3 governmental agencies; City, County and State authorities. Within the public sector; mainly dealing with roadway design and all it entitles such as plan and profile views, stationing, managing earthwork calculations and more. As for the private sector, I have managed small and large scale commercial, industrial projects and subdivisions. Mainly I'm an urban planner and designer with an engineering background with 30+ years of experience. Over time, I have managed, planned and led project deliveries for both large and small companies. Excellent skills in leading client meetings, presentations, meetings with city and / or county governmental authorities in order to answer any questions and follow up on project approval. Also, excellent skills in dealing with stakeholders and developers in contributing with project scopes such as zoning, site restrictions and more. My area of expertise includes master planning, site - concept planning for small- and large-scale Commercial, industrial projects as well as subdivision platting (Preliminary or Tentative Plat as well as the final plat; street and lot layout, all line and curve tables including street(s), overall parcel and lots. Construction drawings including grading and drainage, earthwork calculations, utilities, both plan and profile, landscaping.
