An n8n pipeline picks up each finished recording on its next 30-minute poll, has OpenAI grade it against the practice's own 5-stage framework and emails a manager only when a grade is yellow or red. At handover, no consultation was left for anyone to grade by hand. • A Retell AI voice agent for a real-estate team: it calls every pending lead, asks the qualifying questions and writes intent, budget and timeline back to the team's sheet, with no one dialing.
