I’m the rockstar behind the visionary. The one who takes everything the visionary sees in their head and makes it actually happen. I keep founders in their lane, catch what falls through the cracks, and make sure the business keeps moving even when life gets loud. Over the years I have supported multiple founders simultaneously across different industries, which means I am used to moving fast, juggling competing priorities, and never needing to be chased down. I didn’t walk into either role with a playbook. I built one. Documented processes for sales, marketing, operations, onboarding, vendor coordination, client communications, you name it. If something happens more than once in a business I support, there is a written process for it. That is just how my brain works and honestly I would not have it any other way. I bring experience across executive communications and ghostwriting, calendar and inbox management, CRM and pipeline oversight, business development support, proposal drafting, team and contractor coordination, travel logistics, trade show prep, legal and compliance operations, community management, and the kind of behind the scenes work that keeps a founder focused on what actually moves the needle. I am organized in a way that borders on obsessive, genuinely proactive, and I bring a lot of warmth and personality to the work. I am comfortable on the phone, comfortable representing someone else’s brand, and comfortable figuring things out fast when there is no instruction manual.
