Danielle Rose B.

I turn direction into action, keeping customer experiences smooth and reliable by making sure everything is followed through and works as it should. Over the past 5 years plus, I’ve been on the front lines of customer support, handling conversations across phone, chat, and email. From bookings and orders to complaints and feedback, making sure nothing is lost, and issues move toward resolution without friction. At the same time, I naturally work in the background, catching small gaps and maintaining consistency in how things are handled. My experience includes: • Managing inbound and outbound customer interactions across multiple channels • Handling reservations, coordinating with businesses, and ensuring accurate bookings using tools like Google Workspace and Airtable • Reviewing customer interactions for QA and preparing reports that support team improvement • Using platforms like Slack, Discord, Zendesk, 8x8, CCS, and similar tools to keep everything organized and moving I’m capable to step in where things need to be held together, whether that’s keeping communication aligned, maintaining accurate information, or learning new systems to support the flow of work. I bring to life the structure you direct. An anchor, helping operations feel steady, connected, and easy to manage, making sure customers are consistently taken care of.
