While it ultimately depends upon the scope and scale of your project, for retainer or longer-term project clients, it looks like this: • Initial planning: During our monthly planning meeting, we’ll collaborate to decide which emails my team will create for you in the upcoming month. • Last-minute requests: If something changes and you need a last-minute email added to your calendar, I’m happy to accommodate. My minimum turnaround is 2 business days. For example, if you need an email for Thursday, please give me a heads-up by EOD on Monday. • BFCM week: I offer faster turnaround times and extended availability. • General response times: Within 24 hours, Monday-Friday to emails and Slack messages.
