Ijeoma O.

I am a Senior Product Manager with 5+ years of experience shipping SaaS and AI-driven B2B and B2C products from idea to launch and scale. I help teams turn messy ideas into clear, developer-ready backlogs and ship products that actually move business metrics. I have led end-to-end product execution across logistics, healthcare, and AI platforms, working closely with engineers, designers, data teams, and operations. My strength is creating clarity, defining scope, writing clean user stories and acceptance criteria, prioritizing ruthlessly, and keeping teams focused on what matters most. I am highly hands-on. I write PRDs, break down features into sprint-ready tasks, run backlog grooming, support sprint planning, and stay close to delivery to prevent rework and scope creep. I use data to guide decisions and validate outcomes using tools like Mixpanel, GA, PostHog, and SQL. I work best with founders, startups, and product teams who need a PM that can step in quickly, bring structure, and drive execution without drama. I’m comfortable working async with distributed teams and have delivered products with teams across multiple time zones. If you need someone who can own the execution layer, bring clarity to your backlog, and help your team ship faster and cleaner, I’d be happy to jump on a quick call. ✅Product Management: Product Discovery, Product Strategy, Roadmapping, Backlog Management, Stakeholder Alignment ✅Execution & Delivery: User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, Agile/Scrum ✅Analytics & Decision-Making: Mixpanel, Google Analytics, PostHog, SQL ✅SaaS & AI Products: MVP Definition, Workflow Design, AI Integrations, API-Driven Products Tools: Jira, Confluence, ClickUp, Figma, Miro, Slack
