One of my best strength lies in the ability to adapt to any work environment and to accomplish any task that is place before me in a timely fashion. Affective communication has always been a great skill that I posses and believe its an important tool to any successful organisation. The projects I have lead in the past I have always base it on a team work approach with a comfortable atmosphere where folks feel empowered giving them the opportunity to make decisions to assist the team and display their talents. I graduated from University of Colorado. I have strong communication and writing skills, which are crucial for any working environment. But while I was in school, I got a lot of experience with companies such as Terracon and AE Leuken and for extracurriculars, too. I was in an improv group, where I ran all the social media accounts. My efforts boosted attendance at our shows by 15%. I also served as the recruitment chair for our International group, organising and executing our annual fundraising and recruitment events. While we got about 50 applications each year before, we got 72 in my first year in-role and 90 the year after that.
