Jose V.

My name is José Velásquez, I’m 26 years old, and I am a proactive, responsible, and well‑organized bilingual professional with a degree in Economics and Business Administration. Over the past two years I have built strong experience in legal, administrative, and customer‑support environments, consistently delivering results in fast‑paced and multicultural settings. I have worked closely with immigration law firms, supporting clients through sensitive processes with empathy and precision. My responsibilities included scheduling consultations, managing payments through LawPay, tracking case deadlines, sending reminders for missing documents, and collecting key client information all while maintaining strict confidentiality and clear communication in both English and Spanish. In parallel, I served as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant for a U.S.‑based tax and accounting firm, where I handled customer service, sales, marketing, video editing, data scraping, and other ad‑hoc tasks. I am comfortable working with large teams and using tools such as Slack, Zapier, Mailchimp, Telegram, LawPay, Clio, Cerenade, Office 365, Google Workspace, Outlook, and OpenPhone to keep operations efficient and organized. I am eager to bring my organizational skills, bilingual communication, and adaptability to your team, and it would be a pleasure to work alongside you.
