I have 5 years experience in BPO . My first experience and second one is on a non voice accounts wherein we are using avatar system to be able to response to a customer but my third experience and fourth one was on a voice accounts handling survey account what we do is we called different businesses in the US and offering them some sort of magazines that is related to their business, and the other one is handling a auto warranty account what we do is we called different people in different states in the US and offering them an extended warranty for their vehicles. My recent employment was on a non voice avatar account too. What we do is we are collecting donations on the different campaigns that we are handling like National Police troopers association and Breast Cancer awareness funds. All in I am good at multi tasking and an english and computer literate. Can follow instructions carefully.
