Phong N.

After graduating from University, I started as the Prestashop developer in 2011. Then I joined Bluecom in 2014 as a Magento developer (certificated by Magento). In the same year, I got the opportunity to start learning Demandware (in Shanghai, China) and got the certification on this platform too (acquired by Salesforce and renamed to Salesforce Commerce Cloud now). From this time, I came back to Vietnam and support the technical team rollout succeed many E-commerce projects for various biggest brands in this industry. Working many years in E-commerce domain and travelling to different countries such as Korea, China, Japan, the United Kingdom etc... to work directly with our clients. Having an in-depth knowledge of the regional digital market, now I'm managing the Salesforce Development team at Isobar Ecommerce Vietnam (aka Bluecom) which a part of Dentsu Aegis Network (DAN). We are the top partner of Salesforce, Magento and Hybris. With an open mind, motivated and ready to learn from other people or new technology, our long-term vision is that we will start to expand the team to work on all other clouds in Salesforce too, not only E- commerce. Right now, we succeed to build the team which have a capability to deliver the projects on some difference clouds such as Service, Sale, Marketing, Field cloud and Mulesoft.
