I do 2D floor plan and 3D floor plans, AutoCAD drafting and interior design with 3D renders, mostly for homes, apartments, commercial spaces and real estate marketing. Got a hand sketch, a PDF or even a photo of a plan? I can redraw it as a proper AutoCAD floor plan (sketch to CAD, PDF to DWG) or a clean 2D floor plan in black and white or color. I also make furnished 3D floor plans and interior renders if you need something to show buyers or clients. I work in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray and Corona, with Photoshop for final cleanup. I care most about getting the details right, because a wrong measurement or a layout that doesn't work in real life causes problems later.
