Over the past six years, I have been working as a technical support representative where I developed skills in VOIP , IT technical support and sales and Data entry. As a technical support representative , I assisted clients with their Asymmetric digital subscriber line (ADSL) connection, Fiber connection and Network As A service (Naas) connection. In addition , I provided high quality service to Voice Over IP (VOIP) clients, helping them setup and repair their phone system and well as their billing concerns in both French and English. In my current company, I also serve as a Subject Matter Expert(SME) for my colleagues in case they have difficulties with clients in any line of business. I also serve as a French and English interpreter/translator between monolingual agents and clients. Furthermore, I also acquired Data entry skills as a result of working for 3 years as a data entry operator, I have a typing speed of 40WPM with an accuracy of 97%. Finally, as an Information technology graduate , I have a good knowledge of computer skills requirements ( Excel, power point , word ) and different platforms such as Salesforce and Zendesk.
