💼 SDET | Playwright & Cypress Automation Engineer Systems Engineer, 6 years in test automation and software development. I've worked across the full QA stack — E2E automation, performance testing, BDD, and some frontend too. Right now I'm a Senior Test Automation Engineer at Globant, embedded in a product team where I'm building an E2E framework with Cypress from scratch. That means defining the architecture, setting up the folder structure, writing the base utilities, and onboarding the team to the patterns as we go. Outside of that, most of my automation work has been with Playwright and Python — Playwright for E2E coverage, Python for custom validators and anything that needs real logic behind it. I also have solid experience with Selenium, WebDriverIO, Postman, and JMeter. BDD is a big part of how I work. I write Gherkin scenarios and push for test planning before development starts, not after. It saves a lot of back-and-forth later. I know React JS and modern JavaScript too — I keep unit coverage above 80% and follow SOLID/DRY where it actually helps, not just on paper. One result I'm proud of: cut regression time by 40% at a previous company by automating manual validations and moving testing earlier in the cycle. 💬 Open to automation projects, QA strategy work, or building test infrastructure from the ground up. #QAAutomation #BDD #Playwright #Gherkin #WebDriverIO #Cypress #React #JavaScript #Python #SoftwareTesting #TDD #SOLID #Agile #ShiftLeft #TestAutomation #QualityEngineering
