Most of my employment is with a BPO setup handling customer service, back-office support, insurance and virtual assistant team. Aside from handling some of the tasks itself, I was also a part fo management of accounts for a while with my most recent employment and with that position my main goal is to solidify our relationship with our partners(clients) and to assure them we are properly executing what they need to achieve on the account.
