I build and fix WordPress and Elementor sites that load fast, rank on Google and bring in real leads. Top Rated Plus, 1,400+ hours on Upwork, and clients who keep me on for years. If your site is slow, stuck on page 2, or you're tired of freelancers who go quiet halfway through a project, you're in the right place. I've been doing web development, SEO and conversion work for 10 years. I'm Harvard Computer Science trained and a former U.S. Marine, so I show up, keep you posted and finish what I start. WHAT I'M HIRED FOR 1. Elementor and WordPress builds and redesigns. Clean, fast, mobile-first pages your team can edit without breaking anything. 2. SEO that moves rankings. Technical fixes, on-page, schema and local SEO, plus steady backlink and citation building every month (a couple of quality links or listings a day, never a spammy blast that gets you flagged). I also make sure your business shows up in AI search like ChatGPT and Google's AI Overviews. 3. Speed and rescue. Core Web Vitals, plugin cleanup, security, migrations gone wrong, broken sitemaps. RECENT RESULTS - Modular home builder in Charleston: their main commercial search went from position 10.3 to 5.3, a statewide term went from 34.8 to 2.6, and page-one searches more than doubled (14 to 29) in a single month. - Bay Area real estate team: Search Console tracking and a 90-day listing SEO plan in place, and they're the first result for their name. - Site management, security and refresh clients who have kept me on since 2023. HOW I WORK - Fixed scope and price agreed before we start - Kickoff within 48 hours - Staging first. Nothing goes live without your sign-off, and there's always a backup - A written update every Friday: what's done, what's next, what I need from you - Monthly SEO reports in plain English, with real numbers from your own Search Console - You own every account, listing and login Send me your site and the one thing that's bugging you most about it. I'll take a look and tell you straight what it'll take. -JR
