Flutter Developer | iOS + Android Apps | #1 App Store, 100K+ Users

I build Flutter mobile apps that ship to production and rank in App Store. Not "we're a flexible team that does everything" — I do one thing: Flutter apps for iOS and Android, from product discovery to App Store launch. Two of my apps hit #1 in their App Store category. Another crossed 100,000 downloads. A third was the first AI legal assistant on the Ukrainian market, integrated with the government Diia ecosystem. I'm the founder and tech lead of ProgGenius (UK LLP, London). On Upwork projects I either deliver hands-on as senior Flutter engineer + product lead, or bring in 1–2 additional Flutter developers from my team when the scope requires it. Either way you work directly with me — no account managers, no project handoff to juniors. ▸ SELECTED FLUTTER PROJECTS - UnderBooks — reading + audiobook app for Ukrainian literature. #1 in App Store "Books" category in 17 hours after launch. Featured in AIN.UA, NV.ua, dev.ua, Suspilne. 4.8/5 App Store, 10K+ Google Play. Stack: Flutter, ASP.NET Core, PostgreSQL. Gamified reading stats, audiobook player, subscription monetization. - Legal Mind — first AI legal assistant on the Ukrainian market. 4.6/5 App Store. Four AI agents: legal consultations, case outcome prediction, document templates, contract generation. Direct integration with Diia (government e-signature). Stack: Flutter, ASP.NET Core, GPT-4 API, PostgreSQL. - Sterling Law — internal mobile and web tools for a UK Legal 500 law firm. 1.5+ years as their outsourced product team. The relationship grew from a single audit into a co-founded startup (Emigral, immigration platform on Trustpilot). - Captain TCG — gamified loyalty platform for Aurora (1,615-store retail chain). 100,000+ downloads, 20M+ UAH raised for charity, 70 drones funded for Ukrainian Armed Forces through the app. ▸ HOW I WORK Every project has a different shape — sometimes it's a full app from scratch, sometimes one feature on an existing codebase, sometimes an architecture audit or a few weeks of hands-on Flutter work on a team that's stuck. What stays the same regardless of the format: — Senior-level work end to end. You're not getting handed off to a junior. — Code in your repository from day one. Weekly written updates with hours spent and what was done. — Honest scoping before you commit. If your idea needs less than you planned, I'll say so. If it needs more, you'll hear it now, not in month three. — On any project that ends with a release, 30 days of post-launch support is on me. Tell me what you're building and what's currently in the way. I'll reply within a few hours — with a relevant case study and a next step if it's a fit, or an honest pointer elsewhere if it isn't. — Dmytrii Founder, ProgGenius (UK LLP, London)
