Leadership went from manual spreadsheets to a live command center. ► Executive Decision Hub (Canadian Nonprofit — Senior Leadership Team) Built an iPad-first Airtable system for a nonprofit President and SLT: 8 tables, 4 custom Interfaces, 120 strategic action items tracked across fiscal quarters with auto-assigned dates. Replaced scattered email threads and Google Docs so every goal, decision, and 1:1 note lives in one structured system. Built for a non-technical executive audience: data input is minimal, visibility is maximum. ► Content + Lead OS (Event Design Studio) Built a 3-table Airtable base with 13 views and a 3-page Command Center Interface for a solo creative business owner: content calendar (platform, pillar, status, publish date), lead pipeline with follow-up stages, and social metrics dashboard. Connected Make automations to pull Instagram and LinkedIn metrics automatically. The owner went from manually tracking everything in notes to having a weekly dashboard ready.
