Ivy C.

Ivy here! I spent almost 5 years as a General Virtual Assistant, working remotely for a management consulting and professional training & coaching company, doing admin support, client coordination, daily operations, keeping tasks on track, basically making sure things didn't fall apart behind the scenes. These days I've trained in automation and AI, building hands-on workflows in Zapier, Make, n8n, and GoHighLevel along the way. I love finding ways to cut down manual work through automation, and I bring that same reliability from my VA years into every system I build. What I can help you build ★ Workflow Automation Simple, reliable automations in Zapier, n8n, Make, and GoHighLevel, connecting your tools and cutting the manual work, that's what I do. ★ AI Automation Support Lead qualification, email drafts, document processing, data cleanup, client support, I help build AI-powered workflows for all of it. ★ CRM Setup & Automated Data Pipelines GHL, Notion, Google Sheets | I architect the backend pipelines that keep your contacts, leads, and tracking sheets perfectly synchronized across all your applications to keep your business data clean and easy to manage. ★ Tool Integration and Setup Apps, automations, webhooks, integrations, I connect them so your business process feels smoother and a lot less messy. The goal is simple, build an AI automation system that fits your daily workflow, one that saves you and your team time, cuts extra costs, helps you move faster, follow up better, and get more done, without making things complicated.
