Duties & Responsibilities: Make a customer needs analysis, develop a course outline/curriculum, develop course content (including knowledge research, scriptwriting, e-learning course development with Articulate Storyline 2/360), ensure team members run everything smoothly, review the final product before delivery. Achievements: For more than 8 years, I have great experience in developing e-learning courses and systems for many customers from corporate to universities in Vietnam. Some of my big customers: • Unilever Vietnam: develop 20 sales courses for more than 1000 salesman in Vietnam. • Nash Tech: develop management skills courses for 50 managers. • HCMC University of Science: develop 16 soft skills courses for 6000 students. • Hanoi University of Industrial: 24 soft skills courses for more than 16,000 students.
