I am a BIM professional with 7+ years of experience in structural and architectural BIM delivery across North America and international markets. I work across residential, commercial, industrial, institutional, religious, mixed-use, C-Store, QSR, large developments, and complex renovation projects. My journey has progressed from BIM Modeler to BIM Manager, shaping my ability to manage BIM workflows across multiple disciplines and project scales with a strong focus on accuracy, coordination, and structured delivery. My understanding of BIM workflow is strengthened by practical project experience and my study of RICS BIM Management principles, where I learned how BIM operates across the full lifecycle from Assessment & Need through ITT, Tender Response, BIM Execution Planning (BEP), Information Model Delivery, Project Close-out, and BIM for Operations. This supports my approach to structured information management and lifecycle-driven project delivery. I specialize in structural BIM systems including wood framing, structural steel, Light Gauge Steel (LGS), Pre-Engineered Metal Buildings (PEMB), reinforced concrete, CMU, ICF, and hybrid structures, along with engineered wood systems such as CLT, LVL, PSL, Tall Wall, and Strong Wall engineering. I also have experience in fabrication-oriented structural steel detailing and coordination. I also bring strong expertise in architectural BIM, including design development, permit documentation support, detailing, visualization, rendering, and walkthrough presentations for design communication and approvals. My project experience includes large-scale developments such as THE RIG and Sindalah Island (NEOM), where I contributed to coordinated BIM delivery in complex multidisciplinary environments. I also handle renovation and retrofit works including RTU additions, façade modifications, interior reconfiguration, building expansion, basement changes, and relocation projects. I have experience in Scan-to-BIM workflows producing LOD 300–400 models for digital twin and facility management applications. I work with Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM 360, Autodesk Forma, and Common Data Environments (CDE), focusing on improving coordination, model accuracy, and structured delivery.
