Your users shouldn't need a PhD to read your dashboard. I design screens people understand at a glance, and I've been doing it for 8 years. 🏆 Top Rated | 💯 100% Job Success | ⭐ 5-star reviews Give me your messiest screen. I’ll hand back something your users get in one glance, and your developers can build in one sprint. What clients got: ✅ Loan follow-up time cut by about 40% for a fintech team ✅ Design handoff about 2x faster with a 90+ component design system ✅ Rehired by an enterprise client to rebuild their Salesforce dashboard WHAT YOU CAN HIRE ME FOR • SaaS product design: new B2B web apps, MVP design and full product redesign • Dashboard design: admin panels, analytics dashboards, reporting, KPI views, data tables and data visualization • AI product design: AI assistants, chat UI, agent workflows, human review and approval flows • CRM and enterprise UX: Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics 365, internal tools and back-office software • Design systems: Figma component libraries, variables, design tokens, auto layout, variants, dark mode and documentation • UX audit and heuristic review of a live product, with a ranked list of fixes • UX research, user interviews, information architecture, user flows and journey maps • Wireframes, clickable prototypes and high-fidelity UI design in Figma • Mobile app design for iOS and Android, including onboarding and device setup • Responsive web design and SaaS landing pages • Accessibility: WCAG 2.1 and Section 508 reviews, color contrast, keyboard and screen reader support • Developer handoff: specs, interaction states, edge cases, empty and error states INDUSTRIES I KNOW Fintech and lending, sales and CRM software, manufacturing and industrial software, healthcare and digital health, telecom analytics, travel booking platforms, gaming, logistics and fleet tracking. RECENT PRODUCT DESIGN WORK • Account Spark, enterprise SaaS dashboard for Salesforce and Microsoft Dynamics 365. A sales rep opens Monday with a hundred accounts and no idea which one to call. I designed a revenue intelligence workspace that answers that: a territory matrix scoring accounts by potential and probability, an opportunity bubble chart, four growth scenarios with a clear path to the number, a next-action checklist and a docked AI assistant that shows where each answer came from. Two weeks after the Dynamics 365 project closed, the client came back and asked me to bring their live Salesforce product up to the same standard. Approved and in development. • PRISM, AI product design for manufacturing. A private video library with about 50 customers, rebuilt as a tool that answers questions. I interviewed four users, then designed symptom-based search, answers that land on the exact step and timestamp, a tab for tools, materials and warnings, and an editor flow where AI drafts a procedure and a named person approves it. Released to a test group first. • NoctIQ, mobile app UI/UX for iOS and Android. Companion app for a connected sleep device. I was the only designer on about 200 screens, 15 user flows and 8 report types: onboarding, device pairing, a five-night baseline, and sleep reports that turn six metrics into one score and one plain sentence. Shipped July 2026. • Floret design system for Light & Wonder. Six Figma libraries merged into one. Three-tier design tokens in Figma Variables, 90+ components, 180+ primitive variables, light and dark themes, and a JSON export in Style Dictionary format so engineers use the same source designers edit. The team estimated handoff got about twice as fast. • Conditionly, fintech web app for mortgage operations. A loan processor runs 25 files at once across spreadsheets and email. I designed one queue with a status for every file, bulk follow-up reminders and a single intake form. The client reported about 40% less time spent on follow-ups. HOW I WORK 1. I start with the business rules, the users and the technical limits. 2. We agree on the core workflow and the scope before any polished screens exist. 3. I map the structure and the flows, then build wireframes you can click through. 4. I take it to responsive UI with every state covered: loading, empty, error and permissions. 5. Engineers get Figma files, documented components and quick answers during the build. You get short updates, a shared Figma file you can open any time and a reason for each design decision. I'm based in India and happy to work your hours. BACKGROUND Before freelancing I was Product and UX Designer at PureSoftware, Senior UX Designer at Mobileum, a contract UX Designer on Microsoft 365 accessibility work, and lead of a six-person design team. I hold the Interaction Design Foundation certificate in AI for Designers and a Section 508 web accessibility certificate from the U.S. Access Board. On Upwork: Top Rated, 100% Job Success, 30 jobs and repeat clients. Send me brief or your current screens and I'll tell you what I'd change first.
