I test like a real user and report like an engineer. I help startups and SaaS teams catch bugs before their users do. I'm a manual QA engineer with 5 years of experience testing web applications, mobile apps, and SaaS products — functional testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, and everything in between. Most teams don't have a dedicated QA process. Features ship, something breaks on Safari or on an older Android device, and the first person to notice is a customer. That's the gap I fill: structured manual testing that catches issues before release, not after. What I test: Web applications — functional flows, UI behavior, cross-browser testing, regression testing, exploratory testing, edge cases Mobile apps — functional testing, UI/UX validation across devices and screen sizes, user-flow testing, negative testing SaaS products — feature testing, end-to-end workflows, role/permission testing, release validation, acceptance criteria checks APIs — endpoint testing with Postman, request/response validation, status codes, error handling, positive and negative scenarios How I work: I start by understanding your requirements and user flows, then build test scenarios around critical functionality before expanding into edge cases and negative paths. I test across the browsers/devices that matter for your product, log defects with clear reproduction steps (environment, preconditions, steps to reproduce, actual vs. expected result, severity, and screenshots or screen recordings when useful), retest fixes, and run regression passes so old bugs don't resurface. I use Jira for bug tracking, Postman for API testing, and SQL for data-level validation when needed. If you need someone to test a new feature before it ships, run a full regression pass, or just find out what's actually broken on your site right now, I can start quickly and give you a clear picture of where things stand.
