Sebastian G.

Have you heard of the 80/20 rule? It says that 80% of the effects come from 20% of the causes. Focus on the 20% that really matters, while I take care of the rest. As a Project/Program Manager, I have been working for almost 15 years at various companies in USA and Europe, doing a variety of projects. I have worked as Product Manager at Bayer, where I manage a team of 5 project managers who handle our customer's process from the feasibility to the delivery of our products, troubleshoot tech solutions with our technical team, manage team goals and handle weekly staff meetings and monthly 1 on 1's with each team member, optimization of our entire customer success process, researching/developing tools that will help us give better digitalization service, among other key tasks. I've also worked as a Project Manager at IBM, doing research, develop, design and managing the resources properly to reach SLA's, as well I managed and schedule calls with my partners around the world. Some of the systems I've used at this role are: *MS Project, Office, Teams, Skype, Zoom, Google Calendars, One Drive and Intelex. I have a Degree in Computer Science with a Specialty in Engineering, and also studied Project Management at PMI in IBM, so working with me you will have a perfect balance of IT knowledge and responsibility; problem solving and efficiency. I have heard that to be extraordinary, you have to be set to extraordinary standards. I am ready to start working and hit the ball out of the park. Are you?
