I design and build Microsoft business applications and AI agents that hold up in production, not just in a demo. I'm a certified Solution Architect Expert across Dynamics 365, Power Platform and Azure, with 10+ years on the stack going back to CRM 2011. What I do: • AI agents: Copilot Studio agents and multi-agent orchestration, plus pro-code agents in C# with the Microsoft Agent Framework on Microsoft Foundry, connected to Dataverse and MCP servers • Dynamics 365 CE and Power Platform: Dataverse design, model-driven and canvas apps, Power Automate, plugins, PCF controls and the Web API • Business Central: AL extensions, custom pages and integrations • Azure: Functions, APIs, Service Bus and integration with external systems • ALM and governance: solution strategy, Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines, environment and security design How I work: I currently lead enterprise architecture and AI agent delivery for a regulated, multi-jurisdictional fiduciary group, so I build with governance, auditability and security in mind from day one. I'm as comfortable advising on architecture as I am writing the code, and I'll tell you honestly when a simple flow beats an agent. In September 2026 I delivered a half-day workshop and a talk at Nordic Summit in Denmark, covering how to build the same multi-agent system in Copilot Studio and on Foundry, and how to choose between Power Automate and Copilot Studio.
