Hi, I’m Maris — an experienced and reliable Executive Assistant who loves helping busy teams stay organized and run smoothly. I’ve supported executives and companies in real estate, Web3, and tech spaces, handling everything from scheduling and follow-ups to managing CRMs and community platforms. I’ve worked on a variety of tasks, including coordinating calendars, booking travel, sending out campaigns, keeping CRMs up to date, processing invoices, and assisting with legal documents. I’m also familiar with tools like Zillow for research and platforms like Telegram and Discord for engaging communities. Here’s what I’m good at: - Managing calendars, emails, and travel - Organizing leads and setting up CRMs - Sending SMS/email campaigns and doing follow-ups - Assisting with invoices, reports, and legal docs - Supporting community chats and social platforms Tools I use often: Google Workspace, MS Office, Trello, Notion, Slack, HubSpot, ClickUp, Telegram, Discord, Canva, Zillow, and more. I’m organized, easy to work with, and quick to learn whatever tools or systems you use. If you need someone dependable who can take tasks off your plate, I’ve got you covered! Let’s work together!
