Charmine M.

Top Rated Plus researcher with 2,800+ hours and a 100% Job Success Score across 46 projects. I turn messy, scattered sources into verified, structured data you can actually use. Most of my work is research and verification that can't be automated away — public records, company and contact research, list building, and cleaning up datasets other people gave up on. Clients come to me when accuracy matters more than speed, and when the source material is inconsistent enough that judgment is required on every row. What I deliver: ✓ Public records & document research ✓ Data verification and cross-checking against primary sources ✓ Lead generation, prospect lists, contact research ✓ Data cleaning and deduplication ✓ Spreadsheet builds (Excel formulas, pivot tables, Google Sheets) ✓ CRM and database organization ✓ PDF extraction and file formatting I use AI tools to accelerate the search and organization steps, but every record is manually verified before it reaches you — you get the speed without inheriting the errors. Five years of research and data work, plus three years teaching beforehand, which is where I learned to follow a spec exactly and flag ambiguity instead of guessing at it. Tell me what the dataset needs to look like when it's finished, and I'll tell you how I'd get there.
