Irish Jill C.

You don’t just need help, you need someone who can run the show behind the scenes while you focus on scaling the business. That’s where I come in. I'm a top-rated Executive Assistant and Marketing Operations specialist with an MBA and a degree in Business Administration majoring in Marketing Management, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. I've supported C-level executives in high-growth environments, helping them stay focused on vision and direction while I take care of the rest. I bring structure to chaos and clarity to complexity. I specialize in: ・Calendar and inbox management across multiple time zones ・CRM maintenance and lead generation ・Process optimization and documentation ・Internal system development using Google Sheets, Airtable, and AI tools like Lindy AI ・Bringing creative solutions to the table, whether through brand-aligned visual content in Canva or building user-friendly internal tools that actually work Whether I’m streamlining internal operations, managing outreach pipelines, or ensuring nothing slips through the cracks, I work with initiative and precision. I'm not here to wait for instructions, I see what needs to be done and take action. I thrive in dynamic environments, work independently, and communicate clearly. I bring not just support, but strategy, foresight, and ownership. If you’re looking for a right-hand who thinks like a partner and delivers like a pro, I’d love to support you.
