The human brain has the ability to force us to stop noticing was is common, which of course helps us to see the uncommon. But contrary to popular belief, the ability to simplify and add a story to what is common is what makes a good photographer. I have experience making creative corporate videos for Jambar, a leading corporate events company. This has been a wonderful experience as It made me better at working with coordinators and working toward someone else's vision. I would definitely say I prefer creative control over my editing, be it in photos or videos, but this experience made me learn how to listen to and implement what others see.
