Hi! My name is Gianfranco I have experience in cold calling, generating leads for Real estate investors and setting appointments with the intention of selling/offering a product or service. I have 5+ years of experience in the cold calling industry working in the next departments: REAL ESTATE: Working for investors who are interested in buying properties with a specific level of distress. My job is to cold call homeowners delivering a script and trying to gather as much information about their property and reason for selling as possible. I've learned how to create an empathic approach, how to handle rejection and be persistent, and most importantly, feeling enough confidence to keep them attached to the phone and achieving they feel attracted to work with the company and hear what we have to offer. I also have experience working in a call center, I manage to have a persistent and high number of leads just looking forward to getting bring you tons of deals to close on. I also have a background working with different dialers and programs to deliver a professional performance such as Mojo, Xencall, Calltools, VICIdial, Vulcan, Podio and others APPOINTMENT SETTING: I worked for a company that offered mainly SEO by cold calling Attorneys, Chiropractic doctors and insurance agents. My task, unlike calling in Real estate, was to find the leads using the jive dialer in every time zone of the United states at a certain moment of the day, in online directories like Yelp or Yellow Pages but in the case of the attorneys, I would use state bars, law associations, and pages such as Justia or Nolo. I figured how to sound commanding and respectful in order to get in control of every situation to not sound choppy while delivering the script and making this rough audience feel they are talking to an important person who's not trying waste their valuable time and who's actually helping them to develop their business I had an eight-hour shift and I dialed by myself at least 200 to 300 numbers in a day setting successfully at least 10 appointments per day.
