I'm an experienced Administrative Support, Customer Service Support and Record Retrieval Specialist. I'm professional, proactive and can work with minimal supervision. I'm proficient in doing the following tasks: -Retrieval of Plaintiff's records (medical, billing, academic, employment, etc.,) involved in litigation. -Coordinating with Clients/Attorneys to keep them up to date -Mining of Information from Plaintiff's Fact Sheet -Performing Internet Research and verification to confirm current contact information of the custodian -Reviewing Authorization Form / HIPAA Form -Submitting requests and Expediting the process -Reviewing of Records received -Call and Email Handling -Familiarity with 3rd party copy services such as: Datavant, MRO, HealthMark Group, Verisma, ScanSTAT and etc.
