Project experience spans Lebanon, Italy, the GCC (including Dubai and Saudi Arabia), Canada, the USA, the UK, the Netherlands, and Australia — including cloud kitchen / delivery-only concept launches in the UK and Dubai. Currently Operations Manager for a 3-property hotel group in Italy (500+ rooms) — F&B is one department under my operational scope, alongside housekeeping, maintenance, and front-of-house. I'm equipped to run large, multi-departmental operations, not just a single kitchen or floor. I've also run operations at the ground level — as a Branch Manager and Multi-Unit Manager in full-service restaurants, and as COO scaling a fast-food chain from concept to 5 branches and a central kitchen.
