AI is optional. Every image starts as a normal Twinmotion render. If you want an AI finish for richer planting and texture, I add it and send the original next to it so you can check nothing changed. If your project doesn't allow AI, that's fine. How it runs: you send what you have, and I reply with a fixed price, a delivery date and the number of revision rounds. You check low-res drafts of the model and camera angles before the final render. Finals come in the size and format you need, plus the SketchUp or ArchiCAD file on modeling jobs.
