Business/Project Manager
I help you scale your operations, manage your team and reclaim 10+ hours a week. Are you a business owner that wants to turn a great idea into reality without the stress and overwhelming tasks to achieve your goal? Or maybe you just want to increase ROI and focus on scaling your business? As project manager, I help with three very important things. Team, project and system management. Over the past five years working across real estate, tech, and service-based businesses, I’ve learned that growth rarely stalls because a company isn’t doing enough, it usually stalls because the message, the timing, and the actual customer experience aren’t fully aligned. When those three things connect, results feel almost natural. When they don’t, no amount of overworking fixes it. I’ve managed social media calendars, written long-form blog content, supported email campaigns, and analyzed website behavior. But completing tasks was never the interesting part. What interested me was the pattern behind the response, why one post triggered inquiries while another didn’t, why certain leads moved quickly while others disappeared, why small wording shifts changed engagement more than large strategy overhauls. Working in real estate and service environments brought everything closer to reality. I wasn’t just reviewing dashboards. I spoke directly with leads, tracked where inquiries originated, optimized Google Business listings to improve local visibility, and evaluated which channels were bringing in qualified prospects versus casual clicks. Seeing both the data and the conversations reshaped how I think. Traffic without alignment is just noise. Because I’ve worked alongside both marketing and sales teams, I naturally look at the full lifecycle, not just the first touchpoint. I’ve helped refine messaging, adjust email follow-ups, assess lead quality, and train team members on engagement practices that balance structure with authenticity. Sometimes the biggest improvements came from something simple: clearer expectations, adjusting target client, or removing friction that no one had questioned before. I work best in environments that value thoughtful execution over constant activity. Before making changes, I want to understand how the business actually operates, where revenue truly comes from, and what the customer journey feels like from the inside. From there, adjustments become intentional instead of reactive. For me, businesses isn’t about being louder. It’s about being aligned.
