Programmatic & Technical SEO + AEO | Schema/Knowledge Graph Architect

Most SEO strategies stall because everyone is focused on one piece — and no one is responsible for the entire picture. And the landscape is not holding still. AI-driven search no longer rewards clever tactics applied to isolated parts. It rewards completeness and depth: a business that can be understood as a whole. So the work does not start with churning out more content or chasing new keywords. It starts with a different question: do the engines actually understand who you are and what is already here? I begin with an audit — not simply of the website, but of the entity itself. Using Search Console, crawl data, structured-data testing, and rendering analysis, I map what your business currently is in machine-readable terms — and, more importantly, what is missing: the depth, relationships, corroboration, and signals the engines need to fully understand it. Because when the engines do not have full scope of what already exists, throwing more into the mix only dilutes the results. The real work begins by making sure what exists is completely understood. Only then do the true gaps surface — and only then can a real strategy be built around them instead of guessed at. THE PARTS ONLY MATTER IN RELATION TO EACH OTHER Schema, internal linking, content, technical health, and authority signals are not separate jobs to check off one at a time — each is close to worthless in isolation. Schema with no entity relationships is decoration. Internal links with no topical logic are navigation. E-E-A-T claims with no attribution, corroboration, or connected evidence are assertions, not authority. Every part earns its value from how it connects to the others, and the moment they are siloed, they drift apart and the results stall. The resolution is a single, unified entity graph: your organization, people, services, products, locations, and credentials — every entity referenced by @id into one machine-readable structure that mirrors how the business actually fits together, not the disconnected schema blocks most plugins bolt on after the fact. Those relationships should live in the source of truth itself and render into the markup as that connected graph — modeled at the data layer, not faked with loose tags. That holds whether the build is WordPress or fully headless. The stack changes; the architecture does not. And completeness is only half of it — the structure has to be deliverable. A flawless entity graph the engine cannot render, because the page is slow or buried behind client-side rendering, never gets read. On JavaScript-heavy or headless builds a graph that only appears after the client renders may never be seen server-side at all. The meaning has to be there, and the engine has to be able to reach it. That is the whole job of an architect: the structure both standing up and being understood. WHAT I DO Technical layer — I live in Google Search Console and crawl data: diagnosing "crawled / discovered, currently not indexed," canonical and redirect logic, XML and image/video sitemaps, internal crawl paths, JavaScript and rendering visibility, and Core Web Vitals. I also build the enhancements that earn rich results — structured data, breadcrumbs, FAQ and product markup — and verify every one validates clean and error-free in Google's own Rich Results Test and Search Console enhancement reports, not just a third-party linter. Tooling: GSC, Screaming Frog, Schema Validator, PageSpeed / Lighthouse, and log analysis. Semantic layer — structured data designed as one unified @graph rather than disconnected blocks: organization, person, service, product, location, article, and FAQ entities modeled with real @id references, E-E-A-T carried through attribution and corroboration (sameAs, authorship, credentials), internal linking that reinforces topical relationships, and programmatic templating so large page sets hold coherent structure instead of duplicate sludge. A high volume runs through the WordPress, JetEngine, and WooCommerce stack — custom @graph injection that bypasses the fragmented schema Yoast and Rank Math bolt on — but the architecture is the same headless or not. AI layer — structuring entities to be citable, then tracking where you actually surface through direct citation checks across ChatGPT, Perplexity, and AI Overviews, rather than relying solely on opaque third-party visibility scores. Research and SERP work runs through SE Ranking, Frase, GA4, and SerpApi for SERP and AI-Overview extraction. I do not hand you an automated audit export and call it a strategy. I find what the engines understand, what they cannot see, where the architecture has fragmented, and how the technical and semantic layers rebuild into one coherent system. If your site is technically clean but still invisible — ranked but never cited, indexed but not understood — that gap is the work I do. Send me what you are seeing in Search Console and we will start there.
