Do you want to create 𝐒𝐡𝐨𝐫𝐭-𝐅𝐨𝐫𝐦 𝐕𝐢𝐝𝐞𝐨𝐬 that captivate your audience, or more unique, memorable, and impressive Explainer Videos? Perfect! You've made it to the right candidate! Hi, I’m Dexter — a Short-Form Video Editor specializing in Talking Head videos, Reels, TikToks, and YouTube Shorts. I help creators, coaches, entrepreneurs, and personal brands turn raw talking-head footage into clean, engaging, high-retention short-form content. My goal is simple: keep the video natural, remove anything that slows it down, and make sure the viewer stays engaged from the hook to the end. 🎥 What I Do • Talking Head Reels, TikToks & YouTube Shorts • Raw Footage → Short-Form Content • Jump Cuts & Dead-Air Removal • Dynamic Captions & Subtitles • Punch-ins & Smooth Zooms • B-Roll & Visual Callouts • Sound Effects & Audio Cleanup • Basic Color Correction • Long-Form → Short-Form Repurposing ✂️ My Editing Style I prefer clean, natural, and engaging editing rather than overusing effects. I focus on: • Strong Hooks — grabbing attention in the first few seconds • Tight Pacing — removing pauses, filler words, and unnecessary sections • Dynamic Captions — highlighting important words without cluttering the screen • Visual Variety — subtle zooms, punch-ins, B-roll, and callouts • Natural Storytelling — keeping the speaker's personality and message intact 💻 Tools Adobe Premiere Pro + After Effects I can also work with CapCut or Canva when needed for faster social-media content. 🤝 Why Work With Me? ✔️ Detail-oriented editing ✔️ Strong understanding of short-form pacing ✔️ Clean and professional editing style ✔️ Fast communication and reliable turnaround ✔️ Comfortable with ongoing content and long-term projects If you have raw talking-head footage that needs to become engaging short-form content, feel free to send it over. Best, Dexter
