Do you actually know why last month's Shopify numbers moved - or just that they did? Six years managing the backend of Shopify stores - subscription brands especially, though the systems I build apply to any store that needs its backend to just work. Orders, integrations, and the reporting nobody sees until something's wrong. I run day-to-day Shopify operations for growing e-commerce brands: products, orders, inventory, app and sales-channel integrations (subscriptions through Appstle and Recharge, reporting through Matrixify, among others), and Shopify Plus multi-market setups. I'm Shopify-trained, and I've managed stores with hundreds of product listings across multiple markets. Alongside the backend, I build subscription and KPI reporting - cohort trends, funnel diagnostics, the kind of reporting that tells a founder what's actually happening, not just what the topline number says. I also build SOPs and use AI tools like Claude and ChatGPT to automate recurring reporting, so the same manual work doesn't have to happen every week. Marketing strategy and creative direction aren't part of what I offer. If your store already has someone deciding that side, I'm the person who makes sure everything downstream of it happens correctly, on time, with a clear record of what it did to the numbers. Before this, I spent several years in e-commerce customer support and chargeback resolution, including building support SOPs and dispute processes - background that still shows up in how I document and structure work today.
