I have 9 years of work experience in various fields, mostly in the Travel and Medical industry. I have worked as Customer Service Representative, Virtual Assistant, Data Entry Specialist, Online English Teacher, and Liaison. At present, I am a Virtual Assistant in an allied clinic. I assist the team with reports, invoices, tracking and scheduling appointments, organizing the patients' and providers' details, faxing, sending SMS and emails, and many more related tasks. Aside from the knowledge and work experience I possess, I am hardworking and resourceful. I am also a fast learner, especially with tools, and have a "can-do" attitude who ensures accomplishment of all tasks given to me.
