Clinical assessments look simple until the scoring is wrong. One reversed item or misplaced threshold, and clinicians stop trusting every score on the screen. I make sure that doesn’t happen. I’m Prakash, a healthcare software developer with a Master’s in Healthcare Administration from California State University.
