Mauro S.
Virtual Event Producer | Live Learning Programs | Zoom, Teams, Webex
I produce live virtual learning programs. Multi-session cohorts, workshops and webinars where the session has to start on time, run clean, and not fall apart when something breaks. Over the past five years I have produced more than 2,300 hours of them for corporate leadership programs: run of show, facilitator preparation, breakout rooms, live troubleshooting, attendance tracking, and the communication plan that keeps people showing up. Top Rated, 100% Job Success, 2,500+ hours on Upwork. WHAT I DO Live session production. I run the session end to end so your facilitator can focus on content. Pacing, transitions, breakouts, polls, whiteboards, and real time troubleshooting when something fails five minutes before start. Program coordination. More than fifteen corporate client programs since 2021, across pharma, engineering, retail, banking, energy, chemicals and medical devices. Multi module journeys, several cohorts running in parallel, participants across five time zones. Cohorts in EMEA, Latin America and West Africa, with sessions delivered in English, Spanish, Portuguese and Italian. The systems behind it. I build the assets that let the next cohort run the same way: run of show documents, faculty and producer guides, communication plans that map every program milestone to its reminder, attendance trackers, QA checklists, and after action reviews so the same mistake does not happen twice. English to Spanish localization. Currently 20 to 30 blog articles a month plus product interface copy for a SaaS client, close to 100 interface items so far. I work into neutral Latin American Spanish and keep a terminology glossary so the same feature is named the same way in the interface, the blog and the help content. I decide which technical terms stay in English and which get a Spanish equivalent, and I document those decisions so they hold across the whole site. Before that, three and a half years of uninterrupted monthly SEO and editorial content in Spanish for four Latin American markets. Content operations, including AI assisted. For a language learning product I designed the full content production system and documented it as a standard operating procedure with prompts built in, so a team of ten could execute it without me. That is how I use AI: not to draft faster on my own, but to design a workflow other people can run. TOOLS Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Webex, Mural, Mentimeter, Qualtrics, Monday, Notion, ClickUp, Google Workspace, Office 365, ChatGPT, Claude, Claude Cowork, ElevenLabs, Figma, Canva. HOW I WORK I over prepare, then stay calm when the plan changes. I flag risks early rather than reporting problems late. I document what I build so you are not dependent on me to run it again. Google Project Management Professional Certificate. Bachelor's in Communication, plus a diploma in Journalism. Tell me what you are running and when, and I will tell you honestly whether I am the right fit.
