This was developed using Visual Basic and SQL Server. • I designed and developed an application for a client which calculates the monthly commission payable to employees by extracting the information from the accounting system. This application was developed using VB.Net, Microsoft Access, and Sage Evolution. It is still in use today. • I designed and developed an app for Android phones which assisted users in identifying business calls and producing a list of business-related calls monthly to claim / bill business-related calls. At the end of the call, the app would prompt the user to indicate whether the call was business or private. PUBLICATIONS I have published and presented two papers at international conferences related to business process modeling: • Veitch, R. and L. F. Seymour (2017). Business Process Model Reuse In A Multi-Channel/MultiProduct Environment–Problem Identification And Tentative Design. The 11th Mediterranean Conference on Information Systems (MCIS).
