𝙃𝙞, I’m Ureeba. Over the 𝙥𝙖𝙨𝙩 9 𝙮𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙨, I’ve worked on 300+ 𝙚𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨, helping organizations turn complex topics into learning experiences that are clear, engaging, and easy to follow. My work sits between 𝙞𝙣𝙨𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙘𝙩𝙞𝙤𝙣𝙖𝙡 𝙙𝙚𝙨𝙞𝙜𝙣 and creative 𝙚𝙇𝙚𝙖𝙧𝙣𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙙𝙚𝙫𝙚𝙡𝙤𝙥𝙢𝙚𝙣𝙩. I enjoy taking dense or complicated material and reshaping it into interactive courses where learners can explore concepts, make decisions, and actually understand what they’re learning. A lot of training fails because it simply presents information. My focus is to design courses that guide learners through the content in a way that feels structured, interactive, and engaging. 𝙒𝙝𝙖𝙩 𝙄 𝙏𝙮𝙥𝙞𝙘𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙒𝙤𝙧𝙠 𝙊𝙣 𝟏. Designing structured eLearning courses from raw content or SME material 𝟐. Building interactive modules in Articulate Storyline 𝟑. Creating scenario-based learning activities and custom interactions 𝟒. Using gamification and simple animations to keep learners engaged 𝟓. Developing SCORM-ready courses that integrate smoothly with LMS platforms 𝙃𝙤𝙬 𝙄 𝘼𝙥𝙥𝙧𝙤𝙖𝙘𝙝 𝙋𝙧𝙤𝙟𝙚𝙘𝙩𝙨 When I start a project, I first focus on understanding what learners actually need to do after the training. From there, I organize the content into a clear learning flow and design interactions that help reinforce key ideas. 𝙏𝙝𝙞𝙨 𝙪𝙨𝙪𝙖𝙡𝙡𝙮 𝙞𝙣𝙫𝙤𝙡𝙫𝙚𝙨: 𝟏. Adding visuals, animations, or simple gamified elements where they help learning 𝟒.
