I've been in the BPO industry for more than 9 years. I am trained for phone, chat and email support for different service accounts like answering customer queries, processing payments, and basic technical troubleshooting of the product. With the experience I have gained from the previous works I had, I am confident that I can multi-task but still deliver a high-level of customer experience. I am very keen to details and is pro-active in providing the best resolution for the customer's concern and providing the best options to meet the customer's needs.
